    Awful experience. Owner John Niles installed an irigation system for my newly built home and accidentally hit and severed electrical wires under ground. He rufused to pay for an electrician to repair the wires, insisting he was capable of repairing it himself. Mr. Niles admitted he was NOT an electrician. The matter had to be resolved legally after John Niles threatened phyisical harm if he was not paid in full. He was arrested for harrasment and issued an order of protection by Saratoga County court. He was required to pay the $300 cost of the electrical repair.
